Hi, I’m Abhishek (Abhi) Mishra.
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Privacy and Security, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany, working with Prof. Thorsten Strufe.
Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the PRIVATICS team at Inria Lyon, where I worked with Mathieu Cunche.
Research Interests
My research focuses on privacy and security in networked systems and data-driven environments, including:
- Privacy-preserving data publishing
- Anonymization and differential privacy
- Privacy in machine learning
- Wireless network security and privacy
- Privacy-preserving network protocols
I work across disciplines and am always open to discussing new research ideas, collaborations, and opportunities.
Background
I obtained my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Inria Saclay and École Polytechnique.
My thesis, “Privacy-aware sensing: From addressing concerns in public wireless packets to obtaining anonymous trajectories”, was conducted under the supervision of:
During the Ph.D. I collaborated with:
